1. Make sure the username and password are correct and in the correct case.
2. If any information is defaulted into the username field, DELETE it before typing in the password.
3. If you are not prompted for a domain, try typing in " acquisition/username " in the username field. In this case " acquisition/jc-2671-2006 ".
4. If prompted for a domain, type in " acquisition ". (see image below)
   
5. Avoid Copying & Pasting passwords. In some cases pasting will add extra spaces to the field. Make sure all characters and symbols are exact.
6. If you are still having difficulty, try a different browser or possibly a different system at your location.
